Annonce Officiel du 1er Tournoi Provincial Multi-table Foosball Québec du 16 au 18 juillet 2010

C'est avec un immense plaisir de nous vous annonçons officiellement la tenue du 1er Tournoi Provincial Multi-table de soccer de table à Montréal, du 16 au 18 Juillet 2010. Le tournoi sera conjointement sanctionné par FoosballQuébec.com, l‘Association Québécoise de Baby-foot Bonzini (AQBB), Tornado Québec (TQ) ainsi que la Montréal Table Soccer Association (MTSA).

HÉBERGEMENT
L'Hôtel Auberge Universel ainsi que l’Auberge Royal Versailles sont fiers de s’associer à Foosball Québec pour vous offrir l’hébergement durant la tenue de l’événement. L'hébergement vous est offert au tarif préférentiel de 99$/nuit+tx pour une chambre avec deux lits queen à occupation quadruple. Il faudra par contre réserver votre chambre au moins 1 mois d’avance afin de bénéficier du tarif préférentiel vu l’achalandage durant cette période de l’année. Lors de votre réservation mentionner que c’est pour le tournoi de babyfoot/ foosball. Il fût difficile d'avoir ces prix puisque habituellement la chambre est à minimum 140$/nuit pour cette période. Il faut donc absolument faire la réservation d'avance afin de bénéficier du tarif et de s'assurer d'avoir de la place.

SYSTÈME DE CLASSEMENT
Le Classement de chaque joueur sera déterminé par le comité organisateur du tournoi ainsi que par Foosball Québec. Si un joueur est classé expert ou pro dans l'un des classements d'une association, il lui sera impossible de faire l'événement Rookie qui est réservé à la relève. Tous les événements seront de format Double Élimination (DKO), 2 de 3 de 5 points du côté gagnant (winner bracket) et 2 de 3 de 5 points du côté perdant (loser bracket) À L‘EXCEPTION DES 2 TOURNOIS MULTI-TABLE où la ronde de qualification sera d'une partie de 7 points et la ronde finale des 3 de 5 points. Le Double DYP sera de format 2 de 3 de 5 points du côté gagnant et 1 partie de 7 points du côté perdant.

*Multi-table
Le tournoi Multi-table sera de format "Run Rubbin et Simple KO". Il y aura donc une ronde de qualification d'au moins 5 parties (dépendant de la participation) et par la suite la ronde finale sera de format simple élimination.

** DYP = Draw your partner. Équipes pigées au hasard sans tenir compte du classement.
L'événement DYP se déroulera sur une table seulement et sera déterminé au début de l'événement. Le DYP du dimanche sera réservé aux personnes qui ne joueront plus dans aucun événement en cour et sera optionnel à la participation.

INSCRIPTIONS
Les préinscriptions et modifications d‘inscriptions par Internet seront acceptées jusqu‘au jeudi 8 juillet 2010 à 20h00. Par la suite, il vous sera impossible de vous préinscrire sur le site. Les inscriptions ou modifications sur place seront acceptées jusqu‘à un délai de 1 heure avant le début de l'événement moyennant des frais de modifications de 5$.
Les préinscriptions débuteront lundi le 31 Mai 2010.

NOMBRE DE TABLES
Minimum de 8 tables Bonzini B90, 8 tables Garlando RWB et 5 tables Tornado gratuites pour le déroulement des tournois.
Il y aura aussi des tables Warrior et Garlando world championship en présentation.

TARIFS
10$/événement
5$/personne sera ajouté si la préinscription à un événement n’a pas été faite.
• Les joueurs devront fournir une balle lors des matchs. Il y en aura en vente au coût de 3$/balle.
Package: Pour avoir droit au prix spécial, un joueur doit faire tous ses tournois avec le même partenaire. À l’exception du DYP.
Package Rookie = DYP vendredi + Double Open G.B.T. + Double Rookie G.B.T. + Simple et Double Multi-table = 70$
Package régulier = DYP vendredi + Double Open G.B.T. + Simple et Double Multi-table = 50$

BOURSES
Tableau a venir
Les bourses ci-haut sont garanties conditionnellement à une participation d’au moins 50 joueurs en Open/multi-table et 30 en Rookie. Elles peuvent aussi être plus élevées car elles seront proportionnelles à la participation.
90% des frais d'inscriptions seront remis en bourse. Le 10% servira à couvrir les dépenses.

RESTRICTIONS
Interdiction de fumer dans l’aire de jeu. Interdiction d’apporter des boissons alcoolisées sur place. Nous offrirons un service de restauration sur place et encourageons vivement les gens à utiliser le service que nous offrirons puisqu'il sert à financer VOTRE association. Nous permettrons donc au gens d'emmener leur propre nourriture mais nous ne permettrons pas les livraisons de restaurant. Merci de votre compréhension.

• Foosball Québec se réserve le droit de changer certains détails du tournoi jusqu‘à 1 semaine avant la tenue de l‘événement. We are proud to officially announce the 1st Provincial Multi-Table Foosball Tournament in Montreal. The tournament will take place in Montreal from July 16 to July 18 2010. This edition will be sanctioned by FoosballQuebec.com, AQBB, TornadoQuebec, and MTSA.

Hotel Auberge Universel and Auberge Royal Versailles are proud to be associated with FoosballQuebec to offer lodging during the tournament. Hotel rooms will be offered at a preferential rate of $99/night + tx, with two queen size beds for quadruple occupation. During the reservation ask for the foosball tournament rate. RANKING SYSTEM
The ranking of each player will be determined by the organizing committee of the tournament and by FoosballQuebec. If a player is ranked expert or pro in any Foosball association, they will not be permitted to play in the rookie events. For more info about the rankings send an email to foosballquebec@gmail.com.

All events will be Double Elimination format (DKO) excluding the multi-table event.

*Multi-Table
The multi-table format will be Round robin followed by Single Elimination. Round Robin will be qualification matches, race to 7. The final round will be Single KO matches 3/5.

**DYP
Draw Your Partner. Teams will be created by random draw without any ranking used. The table used for the DYP will be determined before the event starts. Sunday DYP will be reserved for players who are out of all their events and participation is optional.

REGISTRATION
Pre-registrations and modifications can be done online on the foosballquebec.com website. Players will be able to do so until Thursday July 8, 2010 at 8pm, after that time it will not be possible to pre-register online. Any players not pre-registered will be able to register on site but there will be a $5 modification fee. Player’s registrations will be accepted with a delay of one hour prior to the start of the event.

NUMBER OF TABLES
8 Bonzini Tables, 5 Tornado Tables, and 8 Garlando Tables, all on free play.
There will also be Warrior and Garlando world champion tables for demo.

REGISTRATION FEES
$10/events

Packages
Players can benefit from this package and they play with the same partner for all events except for DYP.

Rookie Package = Friday DYP + Open Doubles G.B.T. + Rookie Doubles G.B.T. + Multi-table Singles and Doubles = 70$
Regular Package = Friday DYP + Open Doubles G.B.T. + Multi-table Singles and Doubles = 50$

• Players will have to provide their own balls, they will be on sale at $3/each.

Food and Drinks will be provided to you on site and all profits will go towards financing FoosballQuebec.

PAYOUTS
Payouts will be guaranteed with a participation of at least 50 players in Open/Multi-Table events and 30 players in Rookie events. Payouts will be proportional to the participation, which means they may increase if more players than expected attend.

90 % of the entry fees will be given in prize money and 10% will go towards the expenses.

RESTRICTIONS
No smoking allowed in the game play area. It is forbidden to bring any alcoholic beverages. We will offer restaurant service on site and we strongly encourage players to use this service because it will help to finance our association. Players will be allowed to bring their own food and drinks but no outside delivery will be permitted. We thank you for your understanding.
